Eleven Deplar Farm
Located on a converted sheep farm just a few minutes up the Flókadalur Valley from Flóki Studios, Deplar Farm blends into the natural landscape with its black timber cladding and grass-sodded roof, and the floor-to-ceiling windows around the property that embrace the surrounding peaks.
Iceland’s midnight sun means long summer days and endless opportunity for outdoor activities including prime-time fly fishing, hiking, horseback riding, and more. We, at Eleven Experience, have access to some of the most exclusive rivers in Iceland. The Fljótaá, a world-class Atlantic salmon and Arctic char river, is in our backyard.
Further away, we have two cabins along our eight-mile stretch of the two-rod Hölkna River so guests can overnight steps from the fishery. Back at the lodge, many guests choose to spend entire days in our spa, hopping from the geothermal-heated outdoor pool to the hot tub.

Situated where Miklavatn lake meets the ocean, Hraun House offers a spectacular private retreat that was fully upgraded in August 2025. This eight-bedroom farmhouse is ideal for groups, configured with one queen, one double, two twin, and four single rooms, along with two shared bathrooms. The home is designed for adventure and relaxation, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a massive mudroom for gear, a wood-fired hot tub and sauna, and a sitting room with uninterrupted views of the North Atlantic.
The property serves as the ultimate base camp for exploring Northern Iceland, with hiking, mountain biking, and lake access available right from the doorstep. While the location offers remote tranquility, the shops and restaurants of Siglufjördur are just a 20km drive away.
